The last day of classes will be Wednesday, May 12th, 2010. The studio will be closed during rehearsals and recital days. Make sure to get all shoes from the studio by the May 12th, 2010.
All shows and rehearsals will be at South Portland High School. (637 Highland Ave, South Portland, ME 04106)
Our recital dates for the 2010 Dance recitals are Saturday, May 15th and Sunday, May 16th 2010. Both shows will be at 12noon. Dancers must arrive by 11:30am with hair and make up done. (shows last about 2.5 hours including the intermission)
Dress Rehearsal dates will be Thursday, May 13th for the Sat. show and Friday, May 14th for the Sun. Show. Both rehearsals will be from 5:15-7:15pm.(rehearsal may get out sooner) Dancers must arrive at 5pm with hair and makeup done. Dancers are required to wear hair and make up for rehearsals. Please bring all shoes needed.
Toddle Inns
The Toddle Inn and Competition show will be at 4:30pm on Saturday, May 15th 2010. Dancers must arrive by 4:00pm with hair and makeup done.
The Toddle Inn Daycare students will have rehearsal on Thursday, May 13th 3:30-4:15.(comp students are not in this rehearsal)
Toddle Inn students will only wear ballet costumes in rehearsal and we will not use headpieces in rehearsal.
Girls please bring pink leather ballet slippers and boys black leather ballet slippers.
Parents must pick up their children after their last performance on both the rehearsals and the shows. Students may not sit in the auditorium until they are done with all their dances. If a dancer does sit in the auditorium during the show, they need a ticket.
Comp Rehearsals
The comp rehearsals will be Friday, May 14th from 3-4:45pm. (no costumes for the comp rehearsal Please bring all shoes with dance clothes on and hair back. If a comp student takes non comp classes, they will have to participate in other rehearsals.
The Friday 5:15 Hip Hop class with Bizzy will rehearse in the comp rehearsal.
